Today's Coaching Moment

How do you keep going through pain and loss? How do you stay standing in the boxing ring of life?

The shooting in Connecticut is unfathomable. What happens to children in times of war and genocide is equally mystifying.

People often try to explain away the pain of events such as these, but sometimes God doesn't let us in on the why and we simply need to respond with love and kindness, continue to hope, speak out for people who don't have a voice, and take good care of one other.

The Lord tells is that the prayers of a righteous man are powerful and effective. I hope you will join me in praying for the families and friends of the victims and for the city, and for the relatives of the gunman, they are suffering too.

Let us be those who have compassion, let us be those who partner with God to cause Heaven to touch earth. Lord let your Kingdom come, Lord let your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven.
