Last week I shared with you that scientists are discovering that

"What you think can actually change the chemical composition of your brain cells and the rest of your central nervous system."

What you tell yourself actually alters your glandular, muscular and neural behaviour! That's why the Lord tells us to

"Be transformed by the renewing of your mind."

I encouraged you to:

• Listen to the words you tell yourself.
• Start to agree with God about what He says about you.
• Start to exchange the lies for truth
• Thank God for what you do have.
• Count your blessings

How did you get on with that?

The way you think & what you think about really do shape your life.

Your life is coloured by what you think about all day long. That’s why 2 Corinthians 5 tells us to demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive. Scripture clearly tells us to line our thoughts up with what Jesus says.

When you change what you think and are intentional about where you allow your thoughts to dwell, together with God, you CAN renew your mind and be transformed.
