I am seeing too many people struggle and fall lately. When I think I'm beyond being surprised when people crumble in the struggle, somebody dear to me falls spectacularly. Even people that I would never expect to fall or give in, cave under pressure when the onslaught is relentless.

What can you do to make sure you're not the next casualty?

We are in a spiritual battle and it's fierce! The struggle between the powers of good and evil seems to be intensifying, it's more important than ever to be walking closely with God and aligning our ways with His ways. We each have a well of living water to draw from. If you're not nurturing your relationship with God, feeding on His Word, spending time abiding in His presence, and talking with Him each day, that well will begin to dry up.

Knowing what is right is like deep water in the heart; a wise person draws from the well within.

What will you do to feed your well and top it up?

When temptation comes, in our weakest moments, when God doesn't answer our prayers in the way we want Him to... we need to be able to draw from the well within.

"Father, show me what I need to do make sure that my well doesn't run dry. Help me to wait on you and be strong in your power. Help me to draw from the wells of righteousness, make good choices, and do the things that bring joy to you heart. Help me to love other people as you love me, and to encourage people and build them up. Make me more like You!"

Decide now what you will do to fill your well and COMMIT to spending time with God each day.
