Beloved child of God, that's YOU!

God knows YOU by name and He really does have your best interests at heart.

He promised that He would always be with you, and that He would NEVER leave you or forsake you. He IS with you and, if need be, He will carry you when you can't find the strength to stand on your own.

I just wanted to make sure that you know that during difficult times you are loved, you are prayed for — Jesus Himself intercedes for you — you are NEVER, ever alone.

May the God of all hope fill you with joy and peace as you trust in Him. Romans 15:13

Today's coaching moment: Kingdom Perspective

When you continually focus your attention on things that are wrong, or that don't work, it isn't long before you start to develop a negative perspective. Repeatedly watching the news can lead you to believe that things are bad everywhere. It doesn't take much for fear and even hopelessness to set in.

The truth is that God is STILL in charge. God hasn't changed, He is still GOOD. His love and transforming power is still available, NOTHING is too difficult for Him.

You are God's ambassador and you are equipped to positively turn things around.

When I speak words of love and encouragement, I see amazing changes begin to happen in people's lives. YOU have the power to turn things around, to bring God’s love and kindness into situations. When you highlight positive things and encourage people with them, it's as though you turn the light on. Simply by identifying something positive and pointing it out, you bring hope.

When you encourage people you bring God's presence, even if you're not aware of it. Living your life with a greater measure of God's love and light dispels darkness. Sometimes you don't even need to say anything, a genuine smile, or simply being there can bring healing and hope.

As Christians, we need to understand and regularly practice positive spiritual principles of PRAYING for those who curse us, LOVING those who hate us, GIVING to those in need, HELPING the oppressed, being humble, as opposed to proud and arrogant, FORGIVING those who offend us...you get the picture.

Notice that most of these principles are relational. They teach us how to relate with other people and with God.

YOU can change the spiritual atmosphere by loving, blessing, and being an encouragement everywhere you go. You reap what you sow. If you sow grumbling, doubt, fear, depression, anxiety, and complaining, then that is what you will encounter.

When you develop a positive Kingdom perspective and lifestyle you will transform your own life and the lives of many people around you.

Celebrate God all day, every day. I mean, revel in him! Make it as clear as you can to all you meet that you're on their side, working with them and not against them. Help them see that the Master is about to arrive. He could show up any minute!

Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.

Summing it all up, friends, I'd say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realized. Do that, and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into his most excellent harmonies. Philippians 4:4- 9 The Message
